An oblique view of the 16 plots that I managed to collect (For some reason there was only data for people whose last name was between A and G).

This is what my individual plot looked like. I put in a function so that you can look at each one as a slice.

Overall the project didn't work as well as I'd hoped because the data didn't translate from 2D into 3D very easily and I didn't get the effect that either the professor or I was hoping for.

If anyone wants to see the program and play with the dyno plots in 3D send me a pm and I can email you the files.

Thanks to everyone who let me use their data.

I'm finally getting around to editing the video fo rthis event. Here are the title frames for DMC and EGR. How do they look, and i stole stuff from teh DMC and EGR web sites. Is that going to be OK?

The video will be high-def. I'll upload it to StreetFire and I can send Alex a copy to put on DMC's YouTube page.

The video has been uploaded, but at this time it is still processing. That may take an hour or so to finish. Meanwhile, here is the link:

If you get a message saying that there was an error processing the video it really just means the processing is not done yet.

If people have comments, or clips, or photos they'd like to add just let me know. I think I might go back in for one more round of edits anyway just to add the DMC and EGR links to the end of the video and to give credit for the "Last Photo" photo.

Anyway, Alex, I take it that using the DMC logo is OK.

Edit - I'll upload a 720p version to Vimeo later today.

yay.. I saw my cars Henna butt getting weighed.. twice.

And was the fan on when Seans Mustang was running?

I liked the last part of the clip.. I knew it was coming.. but you had to wait.. and wait.. and it was funny you could hear in the background "Sorry man!".. but it was especially cool that Clint had a radiator there and had it installed so quick!

That was an awesome night!

I only wish I had returned after going to the airport to pick up my GF.

I'll trade you the DVD for my dyno run files. Wink

I'm sure that with a little fiddling I'll be able to crack them and write a program to display and print them, even export for Excel.
